JANICE DELAP
Owner
Janice has always liked working in production environments. She started her career managing a one-hour photo store in Chicago. She moved to Cleveland and landed a job running the copy center in an office supply store which eventually led to a corporate job as the Director of Store Operations for OfficeMax. When they sold the company and moved out of town Janice stayed in Cleveland and bought a residential cleaning franchise. Putting the cleaning business behind her, she is much happier serving beers instead of cleaning houses!

Janice is a runner who ran the Cleveland half marathon for many years before finishing a full marathon on a Sunday in May 2016 that contained all four seasons in one day. Since 2019 Janice has been a volunteer at the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter. She also loves taking the family’s two rescue dogs, Ellie and Ziggy, for long walks in the neighborhood or on hikes in all the incredible parks in our area.
